The part about the RV broadcasting an announcement that it contained a bomb and would explode soon, and then broadcasting a countdown, was just confirmed seconds ago by law enforcement speaking at the press conference. Weird as hell. But I guess we can stop being amazed at the responding officer's ability to detect something suspicious!
You could even say it glows.
While I blow an RV up and blame it on supremacists that are white.
But why not kill anyone? For maximum effect. Really weird that they would warn you about a bomb going off and give you ample time to get out of there.

Listened to a lady just a while ago on nc5 who told almost the exact same account, minus cat. She said the gun shot rounds sounded almost identical so maybe they were recorded too? Looked out window, noticed the RV, called 9-11, then heard the evacuation recording, said recording was coming from the RV. She, her husband and some relatives left.
