Have any of you guys thought that maybe it was a federal arrest? This makes more sense than a local arrest - as that's not going to show up with the state (although whatever facility he is in MAY show him in custody there - but it would be on a federal hold).
Federal arrests would be found through Pacer.gov - if the arrest warrant is sealed though we may not find it. It could be in any one of the federal courts though. Ex: he could have an arrest warrant signed for out of New York, they can arrest him with the assistance of local/federal authorities in LA and extradite him back to NY.
So those of you pedes that are looking for evidence, just make sure you check all sources. And again, if the arrest warrant is sealed than we won't know anything until it's unsealed.
I checked the Central District of California (the District LA is in) and only one query returns for Adam Schiff (the actual rep), and it's a 2008 case that he was either a part of prosecuting or the prosecutor on the case. But again, if it's sealed, you are not going to know anything until they unseal the court records. If this was an arrest that dealt with classified material and/or national security, I would expect that it would definitely be sealed until the appropriate time to disclose such information.
