He tweeted beforehand that the only reason he was voting Yea was to ensure that some form of aid was being sent to his constituents, even if it was only $600. Can't say I agree with it, but I understand the pressure he and others are under.
Very true, I noticed that a lot of the very new junior senators/republicans voiced dissent but still voted Yea in the end. I chalk that up to lack of experience, and lack of moral courage.
One look at the Nay voters and I feel like my theory is confirmed.
One game the Democrats love to play is false misrepresentation using headliners (name of document/acts) to sway you to thinking something is what it isn't.
It's a very successful tactic. Always doubt "too good to be true names", when they originate from a Democrat.
Oh absolutely. No one read it thoroughly. And the idiots thought they could shove all that legislation under Trumps nose because he'd be desperate to get funds to Americans.
He's also all in for H1B1 visas and our tech jobs going to Indians while people with student debt that we're forced to get from the government can't get a job, even with a CS degree
As a Missourian, I was insanely disappointed that he voted for that pile of crap.
Not who we thought he was. Disappointing to say the least.

His intention was alright, but he fails to see the bigger picture of the bill, which is unfortunate and will probably haunt him from here on out.

Missouri isn't under a lockdown though. Everything is open, so sounds like he's deflecting.
Saint louis county is ...bad
So only six senators care about this country☹️
These are the ONLY Republicans in Congress that aren't RINOs - they should be the only ones to survive the revolution to take our nation back.
