Nope. Military has nothing to do with this, either way. Presidents do not have to concede. Just a "gentlemanly" thing to do. If Trump concedes, he ignores the fraud and forfeits any and all rights to contest it. It is not required by law or Constitution to concede. Purely a liberal concept.
