Not sure if anything has changed but my understanding was that under the law there is a technical diference between a normal passenger vehicle and a mobile home when parked. Something to the effect that when a motor home is parked and occupied such as in a campground it may have different search and seizure requirements. Now, I am not a lawyer and I could be completely incorrect but if i am not wrong it would be advantageous to drive across country in a motorhome with firearms rather than in a passenger vehicle. Maybe someone else with mor knowledge could chime in?
I would agree on most of that. The only thing I would ask can they use some National security bs just to have checkpoints and search cars and rvs coming in without PC?
One of my hobbies was listening to police radio traffic with a scanner. There once was a Hells Angels's event at a local campground that only had one way in and out. I heard an officer over the radio say stop every person that comes down that hill and dont worry about PC. That being said, in DC they would probably consider an american flag and a trump hat PC. Here in California we have checkpoints because of our proximity to the border. I'm not sure if its around d 50 miles or so north of the border but all major roads have checkpoints and vehicles can be stopped and driver questioned. They can walk their dogs up and down the line of cars and they have license pkace readers and cameras for faces etc. They even have nuclear and biological equipment. I shit you not there have been times in the past when they had Geiger counters out. I was like WTF is something going on?
Just drive right through them like they are Antifa thugs because they are. They are not American. You have to see them all as Communists because that is who their bosses are.
ah of course. now they'll have an excuse to search every vehicle driving in.
They were going to do that anyways more than likely

What if 100 Rvs decide the are going to drive straight through the checkpoints?
Not sure where in the heck you could park an RV in DC. It is tough enough with a sedan.
This is ridiculous. Makes me wonder what kind of people chat here.
