I'm not an "anti-vaxxer" across the board as much as I've just never trusted the Medical Industrial Complex at large, but this is something I want everyone to think about before making a coof vaccine decision:

OmniCorp (in general) looks at some amount of lawfare as the cost of doing business. We've all heard the example of the auto industry doing cost-benefit analysis comparing the cost of conducting a recall to the cost of paying damages through suits or settlements, and going with whichever will be less expensive. Big Med is no different.

Now think about why they want lawsuit immunity. On the surface, they want to be immune from being sued and having to defend themselves in court. What that really means is that they expect the cost of defense, judgements, and settlements to be so high that in the best case for them, it might compromise their profitability. If you take that a step further, and it means they have major doubts as to the defensibility of their position and/or actions.

Put simply, they expect it to be so easy for others to prove incompetence or malfeasance, that not having liability protections would be ruinous to the industry.

Is that an industry that should be trusted? Should any industry who refuses to operate without liability protection be trusted?
