What started out ad an explosion has now led too 911 not being reachable in the are and air traffic control has seemingly be hindered or taken of line. If these new issues were caused by whatever damage the explosion caused then its safe to assume whoever did this knew where a sensitive point was and did this as a test or was aiming for more fallout but miscalculated the blast.
This had me thinking this could potentially be tied to that massive hack.
Definitely could be a false flag but I could see Iran getting some payback or China trying to show they know where to hit if Trump even thinks about freezing their assets on U.S soil.

While I understand where your coming from with your second comment and agree he needs to shut or get off the pot, I think its important to point out the attempted election theft and subsequent cover up is 1 aspect of what Trump is seeing as the full picture. We have money from China moving through our tech giants into campaigns and election infrastructure, some criminal calling himself the president elect who is in all likleyhood working with foreign and domestic enemies against us, a massive hack on our sensitive Government communications, 2 bombings in 48 hours seemingly targeting communications, and whatever else im forgetting. Just using the military to end the election crisis won't be enough to stop whats going on. Its essential we have the hard evedince showing how it all connects and who are the ring leaders, and we can immediately go on the offensive against foreign targets as soon has he shows his hand and sweeps up the domestic enemies. If things are even half as bad as I think then Trump can't afford to miss his target.
