The bomb has either caused an Internet outage for AT&T customers in TN, or is being used as an excuse for the Internet outage.
Edit: an additional point just in from some video footage. There is a contrail of some sort either to or from the RV just before the explosion. The footage is grainy, but even so the contrail is clearly visible. Multiple videos in this post:
