  1. The audio warning to evacuate for 15 minutes prior to the detonation indicates it was not intended as a typical terrorist act.

  2. The location directly in front of the AT&T facility indicates that it was the intended target of the bomb.

  3. The explosive did not create a crater or cause structural damage to the surrounding buildings, therefore it was not powerful enough to destroy the AT&T facility.

  4. The bomb has either caused an Internet outage for AT&T customers in TN, or is being used as an excuse for the Internet outage.

Edit: an additional point just in from some video footage. There is a contrail of some sort either to or from the RV just before the explosion. The footage is grainy, but even so the contrail is clearly visible. Multiple videos in this post:

What was in that data center? It was a big enough blast to disrupt it but not collapse all the surrounding buildings.
