I'm not so sure. People were warned to evacuate prior to the blast. That demonstrates a reverence for life that the deep state just doesn't have.

EXACTLY. Thats whats odd. Either a plan was foiled/intercepted or...the target wasnt people but infrastructure?

Infrastructure was sure hit. What's curious is the soft impact on human life. Deliberate effort was taken with that pre recorded warning. Neither usual terrorists nor any of the deep state operates like this. Who ever did this has morals. To what purpose is the question.

lets assume they were successful with this detonation. What was destroyed? What actions will follow because of it? Who benefita from these actions or who is disadvantaged from these actions?
