If it's a federal case, which it most likely would be, it's going to be sealed. The state agencies would assist but it would be a federal case. Federal dockets can be searched via Pacer.gov. But if it's sealed, so as not to alert his co-conspirators, the arrest warrant will not be searchable or found in public domain. This is common for high profile cases.
