74 I don’t fall victim to fake news but IF Schiff was arrested, it was for treason (Congress is currently in session). However, I don’t think LA County PD would be the arresting agency. I also checked the website being cited. The arrest is there, but it’s not the official LAPD website. LA Sheriff is County of LA who only serve unincorporated area plus cities who contract for their services. All of them will work with / assist federal agencies though. If Schiff was arrested for something majorly, it's more likely that would be a federal arrest.
