Iodine yes. But I’ve felt the most benefit from Boron! Research ‘Nothing Boring about Boron’ the study. It does much the same job as Iodine, flushing out toxic metals from our bones and thyroid.
No, it’s realizing that we are screwed against a technocratic global oligarchy that controls the installation of politicians via voting machines, including the POTUS, as well as has a total stranglehold over media, education, corporations, etc.
Not recognizing the direness of the situation and smoking hopium is just going to accelerate the process.

For context though, I am not suggesting that it is not our steadfast role to remain positive in life and try and help our fellow man (broader objective goal). I am lamenting on what appears to be LARPs taking advantage of our movement, while making outrageous unsubstantiated hyperbolic statements (Lin wood, Sidney Powell, gateway pundit, obviously alex Jones but that’s par for the course). See: watermarked ballots, endless tick tock follows by ITS HABBENING then nothing happens BUT THERE IS A REASON - then more tick tock.
I can speak from experience: getting hyped up on HABBENINGS that never materialize is emotionally exhausting, and actually quite traumatic psychologically, when the context is the destruction of the free world. That’s why I’ve accepted Biden is being installed, and I’m actually quite happier once I came to terms with it, because it is something out of my control. I think it’s a bunch of BS and I would have thought someone like Trump wouldn’t let that happen, but there’s always so much that we don’t know.
Of course it’s not over till it’s over (inauguration), so a miracle could happen, but I’m not expecting it or getting my hopes up. I hope we can all agree that Q et al should be entirely ignored moving forward if Biden is installed, and anyone claiming that Biden’s installation “is part of the plan - just wait, it’s habbening!” Should be banned from this sub.
