Iodine yes. But I’ve felt the most benefit from Boron! Research ‘Nothing Boring about Boron’ the study. It does much the same job as Iodine, flushing out toxic metals from our bones and thyroid.

So great to see another natural pede! I think researching true nutrition is one of the greatest red pills, helping to open eyes to other forms of fake news as well. Balanced hormones surely facilitate that. Maybe the HCQ fear mongering helped to open some more eyes.

I like:

Morning:

Lugol’s 2% Iodine 1-2 drops

Copper 2mg

Boron 3mg

B-multivitamin

Fish Oil

Beef Liver capsules

Vitamin C 1000mg or Cranberry/Orange Juice

Midday:

Green or Peppermint Tea

Boron 3mg

Before bed:

Green or Peppermint Tea

30mg Zinc

450mg Magnesium

4 Cod Liver Butter Oil capsules (Healthy Fats)

Boiled Eggs (Good Cholesterol)

4 Brazil Nuts (Selenium)

Bone Marrow capsules

Occasionally:

Magnesium Baths or Oil Spray

Ashwagandha

Maca

Ginger

Plan to add one at a time:
