So great to see another natural pede! I think researching true nutrition is one of the greatest red pills, helping to open eyes to other forms of fake news as well. Balanced hormones surely facilitate that. Maybe the HCQ fear mongering helped to open some more eyes.

I like:

Morning:

Lugol’s 2% Iodine 1-2 drops

Copper 2mg

Boron 3mg

B-multivitamin

Fish Oil

Beef Liver capsules

Vitamin C 1000mg or Cranberry/Orange Juice

Midday:

Green or Peppermint Tea

Boron 3mg

Before bed:

Green or Peppermint Tea

30mg Zinc

450mg Magnesium

4 Cod Liver Butter Oil capsules (Healthy Fats)

Boiled Eggs (Good Cholesterol)

4 Brazil Nuts (Selenium)

Bone Marrow capsules

Occasionally:

Hey pede! You got a great routine there! I do a lot of what’s on your list, but I try my hardest to keep it as natural as possible. Absolutely fascinated with the argument between the folks who argue about food sourced vitamin c and ascorbic acid. I don’t know which side I’m on with that yet. I might suggest you find your bowel tolerance with the vitamin c though, (mine is about 3500mg) that stuff is so powerful, people are being healed of so many things with high dose vitamin c.

Same idea with niacin (the flushing kind -love those flushes after the first one, geez I thought I was dying 😂) Research is telling me my friend that this little b vitamin is magic. People are being healed of depression, and some claim partial reversal of Alzheimer’s. I take 3000mg per day and that is where I will stay. Instead of a b vitamin for the others I take bee pollen.

You might try DMSO along with your msm. Good stuff (yes internally! But don’t overdo it. I take 1tsp in water every night! Nasty tasting 🤢 but that pioneer doc Dr. Stanley Jacob’s story, wow, you need to research that pede.

Are you taking diatomaceous earth for your silica? Cheap and good, just don’t get the stuff for the pool 😂😂 Also cheap for your boron, as I mentioned, 20 mule team borax. Don’t listen to those charlatans who claim it’s poison. Cured my arthritis. I am not kidding friend, my thumbs were stuck straight!

I don’t know if you’re taking any magnesium, but it’s really really important, for potassium I drink coconut water, I drink distilled water only and add the minerals back in with fulvic acid and drink a teaspoon or so every day sole’ water I make with Himalayan salt. Over 72 beautiful minerals in that concoction! Tap water is shit pede. I used to buy it by the gallon, but recently bought a countertop distiller from H20 Labs.

Oh yeah, about your liver capsules, which do you buy? So disappointed Solgar seems to have blown up, can’t get them anywhere now 😞 My health group on FB (plz people I don’t like their political stripes but I go there for their health groups! I’m in 5 iodine groups, a magnesium group, an afib group, etc etc) Anyway, I’m really thinking hard about visiting a local butcher to get beef liver 🤢 and eat that once or twice a week for the retinol that you can’t get anywhere else. I really need to research recipes God that stuff is nasty 🤮
