Love is really hard when you're watching the destruction of what you love. It's heartbreaking, watching it and feeling powerless.

I belong to a blog community where we're actively checking on people because we're isolating, suiciding, and destroying ourselves with grief and fury.

This is hard. Breathe deeply. You're OK. You're one of us.
