From Pensacola. It’s hard to tell if this is normal or not since I haven’t lived there for 10 years. There’s multiple military bases around the area including one of the largest naval air bases in the country but they wouldn’t have need for ground vehicles like this.

I’ve never seen something like this in the 18 years I lived there and both of my parents worked on base. Usually we just have cargo trains through Pensacola.
