Not an explosives expert, but I would think the pressure of the explosion in a confined space in a sewer would have blown half the street straight up. From the pictures I've seen, the street is mostly intact.
I would have thought that too , but I was watching the video for a discussion with another person about the white vehicle, and it really looks like it's coming from the drain thing to me.
