I CAN link AT&T to Dominion, thru William Kennard, who is Barack Obama's former European Union Ambassador, Bill Clinton's FCC Chairman, Managing Director of The Carlyle Group. He was also linked to DLA Piper Global Board of Directors. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors for Ford Motor Company, MetLife Inc., and Duke Energy. He co-founded Astra Capital Management. He previously sat on the boards of directors of The New York Times, Sprint Nextel Corporation, Handspring, Inc., eAccess Ltd., and on the boards of several companies owned by The Carlyle Group.
William Kennard was Chairman of the Board at Staple Street, Dominion was purchased by Staple Street Capital. In October 2020, Staple Street Capital, parent company of Dominion Voting Systems was acquired by UBS Securities of Switzerland and China. Prior to this acquisition, Dominion Voting Systems placed ALL US PATENTS into a Security Lien with CCP Bank in Toronto Canada (HSBC).
The movement inside these companies was held liquid until November 4th, 2020. The day after the General Election in the United States, when Joe Biden was projected to be the winner, Staple Street Capital was absorbed fully, their website scrubbed (compare current version to wayback machine). Their board of Directors was dissolved, and then UBS Securities took direct control of Dominion Voting Systems with at least an 80% sharehold. 20% of Dominion is rumored to be owned exclusively by John Poulos (President of Dominion), but could be split between Poulos and Stephen Owens, who runs a shell company in New Jersey with Hootan Yaboaogoohaoza (sp) to launder money to other Voting Machine companies in the Caribbean.
On the 4th of November, prior Staple Street Capital Chairman, William Kennard was promoted thru a hire at AT&T to become the new Chairman of the Board for AT&T Global.
William Kennard has control over AT&T, CNN. UBS Securities (China) has control of Dominion Voting Systems.
