The KKK and confederates were a long time ago. Our Union is bigger than political parties and petty lines we throw at Dems. Robert E Lee and many confederates were considered fine men by Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses Grant. I consider many confederates great men. Abraham Lincoln wasn't really good and it can be also argued that he was a tyrant. The KKK was bad but they were created because anarchy arose; they started becoming a political arm of the Democrats later on. Republicans have to stop using liberal narratives. We are meant to conserve historical America and the western world and this requires us pushing our own narratives to the public.
Playing the "Dems are historical racist" or "the Dems are the real racists" hasn't helped us in any way. Most Minorities that are coming to the Republican party, are people who are not really fully leftist and they are also kinda rebellious to their community or society standards.
