My semi estranged brother(commie) works for a congressman. He told me no fraud occurred and insinuated he could refute anything I could say. Long story short, he said if I convince him fraud occurred in the election he would talk to the congressman. I figure I have seen almost all of the evidence but am asking for help. What is the most irrefutable evidence?

Well I can tell you the AZ hearings had 2 numbers guys testifying and they showed numbers. Well technically one major numbers geek and one computer dude that explained both numbers and network stuff.

It's about 9 hours IIRC. But there was one hyper math dude, and one more polished and professional numbers and computer dude with really good graphics. And a bunch of other people testifying under oath.
Observers were not allowed during the original count or the recount. There is no defense for this and intrinsically implies that elections officials had something to hide.

Well if he will come up with bullshit excuses for states violating their own Constitutions AND laws there is no hope for him. And several states did just that.

Well then, I would say the data dudes, and the actual violations of state constitutions and laws. Prove the elections themselves, in several key states, were illegal. Therefore, the electors being certified is also, by default illegal.
Does he not think it odd that NY sent certified electors, when they were still counting? They found MORE votes for a democrat rep to oust a republican rep sometime this past week.
