The hero's journey.
Don't forget that those who fought back against the tyrannical Empire are the heroes of Star Wars. The rebels who refused to be ruled. Living through 2020 is the strangest thing, where people are actually applauding the death of liberty.
2020-2021 is looking much more like Revenge of the Sith. We're at the part when the lightsaber duel in the chancellor's office is happening. If Trump gets thrown out of the w̶i̶n̶d̶o̶w̶ White House, Order 666 is will be executed very shortly afterwards.
