I live here. It wasn’t a deadly blast. If it was meant to kill anyone they wouldn’t have called police in, and given warnings to evacuate the area. Typically, a blast like this would be done to harm ppl but this was done at a time to prevent casualties as much as possible. It’s taken out a lot of communication in the area...which is why it happened possibly.
There’s 1.....they aren’t even sure if this person died from the blast. That’s still under investigation. Possibly they did but we’ll have to wait for the investigation. It’s not exactly as “deadly” as it was bizarre. If this was being done to harm ppl then they chose the safest time to do this.
