Senators and reps can't be recalled. There is a Constitutional mechanism to get them out. They are impeached by their colleagues and expelled. Article 1 Section 5.
Takes a 2/3rds majority, and only happened to democrats right after the Civil War.
A few senators and such have been censured since then now and then. Some resigned, some didn't get re-elected. None got expelled. You can look up a list yourself, just search for "list of expelled senators and representatives" or something similar and see what types of things they got expelled or censured for.
Now some states may have laws saying people can a recall a rep. However, they would likely fail a Constitutional challenge.

I put the list of expelled Senators in the post, they're all Democrats with the exception of one "D/R" guy.
So Mitch could make history as being the first straight R expelled from Congress.
Hope spring eternal, but both so called sides love Mitch. We have a highly effective uniparty running our kleptocracy/corporatocracy.
I would love to see Mitch, Pelosi, schiff and schumer all be involved in an unfortunate accident myself.
