"They" own and control the internet and can allow/disallow what they want...or just shut it down. Same with TV, radio, phone, post, power grid, food and other supply chains. Maybe resort to smoke signals? This is a BIG problem. Any idea how many DS players are hoping for such anarchy ...martial law/ deputized patriots in mass, mass arrests...to attack? China, Iran, Pakistan, most of the EU, UN, fucking Canada has already invited China and UN in. NWO. I'm not convinced this wasn't actually the plan from the start.
