AT&T has an office in Atlanta, why in the world would they send the machines to Nashville.
Nashville is just a hub, it gets data from 1 place and routes it to another. Blowing it up only achieves forcing data to be take a different path.
The only notable things regarding this hub is the NSA used it to catch the traffic coming from the West coast since a decent chunk coming from out west gets routed through Nashville, and pretty much all data being sent to GA goes through this hub 1st.
If this explosion was related to the election in GA then it was targeted to stop the data routed to and from GA from being observable from this hub, or to force said data into a different hub thats more agreeable to whoever is behind this.
