Give your time, not money. Go volunteer somewhere. You'll get better satisfaction out of it and know exactly how you helped.

The Knights of Columbus have a program to help purchase ultra sounds for pregnancy centers. Studies show that women are less apt to have an abortion once they have seen an ultra sound of their baby.
