Take it for what it's worth but almost all those windowless data centers are hardened targets and host some type of NSA activity.
These are all sites where the NSA conducts data collection operations. The precision of the blast (along with the warning) indicates to me that whoever did it knew exactly what they were targeting inside that building, and it was probably some glowie shit
