Second link you posted says shots fired call. Those happen all the time. Nothing about an active shooter. Third link random Twitter guy films a bunch of police cars doing who knows what. I did what I could with what I saw and jumped on it when I heard others asking about other places too. Then I made a connection on my own. So it is what it is. I just did the best I could with what I had.
