Perhaps there were bodies in the RV I'm assuming. I'm guessing that's where they found them and why would living folks stay in an RV designed to explode? At least that's my read on it which makes it a bit more suspicious. Like maybe the RV was hijacked and then rigged to blow with the original owners/occupants still in the RV.
I had similar thoughts...except that, perhaps, the person or persons in the RV had been pre-selected to become the faces of this incident. They may have been loaded into said RV alive or pre-dead.
They get identified, are called radicals, and then they close the case.
