But he says "UAE plane on the ground in US," so that could be a plane just owned by a UAE national, I suppose.
I'm still too cynical to look at any "DROPPING SOON!!!1!1" tweet (aside from PV's, as you point out,) as much of anything, but, hey, I've been wrong before.
