As tiny as my home gets is 2200 sq ft. its not huge. but its just the right size for two people and a dog. They will get my 1/4 acre over my dead body.
It’s not though. 2200 sq ft on a 1/4 acre isn’t good sized. It’s quite a ways below average size of a home and lot/yard.
And the point of my post wax’s ”fuck the previous tiny house craze/push. Because make no mistake, they will want everyone living in a government owned tiny house one day.
Wouldn't dought it, they have been losing their shit on anyone trying to get around the building and taxes for awhile now. How else are you going to make a less then 1k sq ft home worth over a mill
so maddening too..this would be good way to keep loved ones near later in life..
