I just start asking them why they believe what they believe. Most of them can't withstand that for more than about 5 minutes before they start attacking you or telling you they don't care about facts.
I like the part where they decide they want to hit me, but their brain starts putting together my gory Iron Maiden shirt + my Charles Manson signature haircut + the crazy fucking look in my eyes and decides it's the opposite of go time.
Can we stop with the negative energy. We're demonizing folks and while some deserve it, I don't want us to become like our TDS enemies. Let's be positive and make our energy contagious and every person we win over improves this country.

My favorite answer I have ever gotten was "I don't want you to be right, so I don't believe you". At that point you can safely say it's a lost cause.
