(From video with recorded message/warning to evacuate area). This cam is at Coyote Ugly/154 2nd Ave N. Google/Street View will notice the black "Studio 154" overhang sign...look up/left about 45° and you will see the cam (white box) just below the Miller-Lite neon sign in the second floor window.
