I have never in my life worked a job where I had enough downtime to create and perform choreographed dance routines with my coworkers.

Never...

It must be the industry you're in. In the fast lane lifestyle that only nursing provides it's routine to bust into highly choreographed routines on the fly.

I have professional dance performance experience as well instruction. Routines take time to learn and even more time to practice to the level of sync'ing you see in a lot od these vids. One could spend weeks learning a 1.5 minute dance, depending on how complicated. And I've never seen a random grouping of people like coworkers all be so easily taught the choreography. Go out and get a random group of people, or just round up half a dozen of your co workers. You'll find 5 are uncoordinated and can't dance to save their lives. But apparently everyone in the medical field has rhythm and can pick up dances easily!
