Section 230 is interesting. Like I know it’s a popular talking point, but Andrew Torba (founder of Gab) has routinely come out against 230 because it would make him liable for what posted on the website, but it would be unevenly enforced to terminate his company while google/Facebook would just continue to be in violation but never prosecuted.
Enforcement is always unevenly enforced. It’s like the old expression “the NCAA was so mad at Kentucky for cheating that they banned Bowling Green from post season play” - google will violate it every single day, but one single time on one single day that gab or parler falls out of line, the swamp will blow them away and sick the infested fcc and fbi on them

This is why he needs to sweep up traitors in an IA, to include judges, agency traitors as well.
Thats what its all about - discovery. Dark to light.
can't post on gab when goolag and apple have banned them.
Except he is for 230 and it being applied properly. Not against it.

Lol no. This is an easily verifiable topic go read his essay on it.
lol, look at this guy asking for selective enforcement.
We can outlaw anything we want. There are no more rules. We don’t have freedom of speech. I sure as hell don’t care about the enemy’s.
