It needs to be clarified and reinforced. Without 230 there would be no way to safely start a new platform, because you'll be sued into oblivion for being legally responsible for users posts. Existing big tech platforms can afford contracted Jannies and legal teams.
Instead 230 should be clarified and reinforced to explicitly define big tech and news sites' comment sections as platforms. It should also establish onerous punishment for any censorship whatsoever.
