There is no evidence to suggest att was the target. Especially with the new footage posted last night showimg the bomb may not have even been the rv and instead was on the otherside of the street.
I wonder a little if this wasn't the Delaware crossing. They were so careful not to hurt anyone. The recording sounded very professional and they chose a calming voice. There are servers in that building which could be of strategic importance.
