Question for DC pedes: If we're not supposed to take our phones (due to tracking, etc), how will we get updated about the proceedings as they unfold?

My assumption is that things will remain relatively calm, until the winner is declared.
Once that happens, the losing side is going to get much more aggressive.
It seems like timely info will be essential to know who, when, where.
I know our phones might not work, but they also might.

Take your phone don't believe the bullshit. Just turn your location off if you're worried about tracking. Which is bulshit anyhow.
I was kinda leaning that way.
Use pay-as-you-go phone and take battery out when not in use.
Don't use personal phone with personal data and passwords which can easily be hacked. Pickpockets and identity thieves love crowds.

Whoever said don't take your phones to prevent you from being tracked is dumb. You don't take you phones but there are cameras everywhere in DC. A new born baby facial data is probably in some database because their parents took a picture and sent it to others.
Now if you're paranoid, just by a burner phone with cash. Stop at any Walmart and buy a prepaid phone with voice/text/data plan. Once you're done with DC, just toss it into some rubbish bin. Now if you want to use a burner phone, make sure you never associate your normal accounts with that phone, have to create all new accounts.
Remaining anonymous against the feds/china/NWO is a pain because they already know who you are and you're already in their database... You and several million of others.
