I'm not convinced we'll need the Insurrection Act. Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro have both said that it's unnecessary whilst other options are available.
If things don't change, then at least President Trump still has that arrow to use.
Agree... we won...the dueling electors are key...read up on Contingent Elections. Net/net, 1 House Rep and 1 Senator challenge the Electoral College... after debate, each house will vote....the Left will win the House, the Right 'should' win the Senate which will create a tie and force a Contingent Election - each State gets one vote, we have the majority. The risk is we lose the Senate or some of the RINOs don't vote for Trump; we need to keep the pressure up to force them to do the right thing... President Trump is setting the conditions for that. If this doesn't work the way it 'should', then we go Insurrection Act...
Which is why I said 'should'... they all fear loss of power and indictment for perjury if they knowingly certify fraudulent electors...the 6th is game day and we need to hammer the Swamp with calls, emails, whatever it takes until then...if that doesn't go the way it' should', then we explore options... don't think for a second, there aren't multiple plans unfolding...we all need to stay focused and keep fighting
