I thought that too at first, but I looked at this area on google maps and it’s a one way street. I think we are seeing the rear of the RV. I do agree though that the explosion origin is hard to locate. Too many questions here and things aren’t adding up....

From what I heard from the main witness being interviewed, it sounds like it did not explode until 10 to 15 minutes after the countdown stopped. That could be why cop is acting casual, but also can't confirm that her depiction of time is accurate yet.
