Otherwise, I am anti-war (because they're expensive, not because I'm particularly pacifistic). I am against interventions in foreign affairs and against foreign aid. I am against religion in schools or in government. I am in favor of gay rights. I am in favor of trans rights (for adults--I may think they're making a mistake, but I also think it's between that person and their doctor(s) to determine if it's a wise move). I am in favor of abortion rights (because nobody should be forced to host someone else's survival; I do agree that at most stages it's murder, but I see it as self defense). I am in favor of decriminalizing all drugs, not just pot, because I think anything illegal you do on them is a problem regardless of whether the drug lead you to do it or not. I am against Big Tech spying and The Patriot Act and the like. I have an inherent distrust of big corporations. I believe in recycling and trying to keep our air and natural resources clean (by choice; I think we need a cultural free-will change to these habits, not government intervention where companies can buy rights to pollute as if that undoes it, and only little people are actually barred from any potentially harmful activities). I think Elon Musk's a hero. I think Snowden and Assange are some of the most important people of our age. I believe in the right to racially discriminate, which means if you wanna hire someone just because they're black, fine; if you don't wanna hire someone just because they're black, fine. I prefer you don't but I think your right to do so is integral.

Talking about all of this, Fairfax County Public Schools just dropped Columbus Day as a Holiday and instead added "Juneteenth".
