The tables have turned. Most of the Christcuck boomers are dead or dying and the left has gone so far into Modernism they can't add 2 and 2 for fear of racism.
Having thought on this awhile I'll wade into the discussion. The Religious Right and those most enthralled by it in the 80s/90s were not Religious Right Wingers. It was the best way to exert social control at the time. I lived through it. The same people tut tutting over obscene lyrics are the ones screeching about masks and PC culture.
They aren't believers or ideologues just grifters looking to be the leaders of the current cultural zeitgeist. Demonstrating their adherence to the cause de jour. When being publicly Christian fell out of favor they shifted gears to adapt.
