We all know that Trump speaks in code. Perhaps the code here is that it isn't Trump tweeting, but a "fake president" who is under instructions from Trump to tweet certain things. People have been complaining that these tweets sound whiny and defeated, but this seems like more Sun Tzu: appear weak when you are strong.
Some proxy "fake president" may be tweeting to make Trump appear weak, giving the illusion that he's been sitting on his phone bemoaning his fate all day. Meanwhile, the real Trump is running operations to take down the deep state.
I'll grant that it's a long shot, but Biden isn't mentioned anywhere in this tweet.
Don't forget that someone around here correctly predicted Barr leaving simply because the president put quotation marks around "chicken out" in one of his tweets.
