My small town of 15k (doubled in 10 year, set to double again much quicker) is booming in a very red state. If you ran a successful business before the government shut you down we'd love for you to join us.

If you can show through financials/tax records you were profitable before the china virus I will pay your first year of rent to allow you to get back on your feet if you're willing to sign a multi-year agreement to keep your services in the community.

I have both commercial and light industrial zoned areas available.

Not a larp I want a long term steady tenant and to support small business, the community needs more businesses, and you need a fresh start.....let's find a win-win-win.

Tulsa / Grand Lake?

I like that area a lot but the small towns that rely on tourism/sport fishing aren't doing so hot afaik.

I miss the BBQ place in Adair from time to time.

I cant imagine what it would cost to get my machines 1200 miles down the line. I'd probably need close to 10 53' flatbeds. There is one existing business like mine in NW Tulsa but it looks like they have about 1/3 the capabilities as I have, and they appear to be missing out on other potential revenue streams but also provide a formal training course that I have yet to implement.

If you want ideas for an industrial space that can facilitate a number of small businesses/sole proprietorships I'd be happy to share some information with you privately.
