If you have a vehicle packed with those kinds of explosives you can't just sit around and wait for your boss to tell you when to hit the switch. What exactly happened between 2 and 5AM??
If you go back and look at the location of the RV when it goes off it's parked in the middle of the street, not in a proper spot. The point being that for 4 hours the RV was roaming around. If downtown Nashville is anything like most other metropolis cities, there's no way an RV can ever get parked downtown. The question then is, what was an RV doing driving around downtown for 4 straight hours? It's impossible to do without multiple refuels, gas station footage should be looked at for every station within 5 miles for the past 2 days, it will reveal something. This is assuming the premeditated plan refueled it just before arrival.
Nashville population is like 600k, it's small and that looked like a 28-32 footer.
What was strange was the detailed recording, gunshots, warnings, countdown, hyper considerate not to hurt one human. Also done in a very "puritanical" way to make sure it was clearly communicated.
