He probably didn't flip. But he's also probably not as revolutionary as Trump is, and refraining his powers makes him look like he is against Trump.
I’ve been saying this all along. Trump picked him to appeal to the conservative base. Pence turned out to be far more loyal then anyone could hope.
That said, he’s not going out on any limbs and definitely won’t shake the tree. Appreciate him for who he is - not who you want him to be.
