Can’t comment on the “intel” side, but I can say this video gets very interesting around the 8 second mark. I’ve worked armament development over the years, and I can say don’t trust your eyes (at least at regular speeds).

High speed film is basically just a split aperture that decreases the frame size, thus increasing the frame rate. Back in the day, we’d run though miles of film just to see the weird shit that happens during an “energetic material reaction.” Anyway, that’s all to say that regular video is the equivalent of a strobe light to high speed: you get little flashes of the picture.

The initial blast is just visual noise, but the frames between 8-9 seconds show a definite westward blast impetus from the RV. Hard to say, but the direction and travel indicate a possible shape charge. This also squares with the lack of a crater.

I’d have to see more, but this whole “attack” smells of high level fuckery all around.
