The massive culling can be done without violence. Trump's legal victory will allow him to clean house by removing them from the levers of power, even if they can't be prosecuted due to their other DS buddies, they can certainly lose their access to power.
Even with a legal victory, the deep state will respond "Now we defy you to enforce your victory because we're still installing Biden." Without a legal victory, it's up to GEOTUS and his supporters to make the next move.
