Don't count SCOTUS out yet. Multiple cases are incoming. Yes, their behavior is odd, but according to a legal pede I know their behavior also MAY point to them looking for a specific legal argument that they can pounce upon without future judgment against them.
Not all the cases have been put post-January 20th and there's legal methods to get issues re-calendared as well. The law is an absolute mess and far beyond overly complicated and it is sickening BUT it's also our most vital avenue to avoid Trump having to go Nuclear Abe which must be the very last option (before civil war).

Yep, and they're hearing all the cases after inauguration...sickening to think that our highest court is full of cowards unwilling to enforce the law.
